Program Manager -- Defense Software
IDC has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced defense-related customer focused Program Manager! This unique opportunity will suit an experienced Program Manager who can demonstrate effective customer relations as well as strong internal project leadership. Key competencies for this role include end-to-end management and delivery of products, status reporting, DoD protocols, vendor management, management of projects and project managers, product integration, delivery of key business outcomes defined in the business requirement documents and more. This position will report to the Vice President of Engineering.

QA Engineer
We are looking for full time, experienced QA engineers who have experience in designing and developing tests to ensure that our data replication software products are meeting client specifications. The ideal candidate would be able to take personal responsibility for guaranteeing the quality and robustness for our software deliverables and would be experienced in test plan creation, analysis, inspection, and end to end functionality testing. This position lends itself most to the individual with experience bringing complex development projects through rigorous testing processes to surface defects in a multi-tier web environment. Successful candidates will have a fine-grained understanding of software products in order to participate in several phases of the development life-cycle (ie. requirements gathering, use-case analysis, quality control, deployment and maintenance). This position is responsible for providing technical expertise to drive software sales. Candidates will directly support the sales process by providing detailed technical information, demonstrations, and evaluation support of our products in customer environments. Candidate must possess a keen ability to provide pre-sales technical presentations that will convince business people and technical staff of the value of IDC solutions. The sales engineer will work with then sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of products, and develop SOW proposals as needed by the account management team.
